COMPANY OVERVIEW

Trilogy Spa Holdings (TSH) is a professional spa management company dedicated to creating and operating the most innovative, service-centric, and performance-optimized branded spas in the hospitality industry. We currently operate spas in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Puerto Rico, and Texas, where there is an enormous opportunity for growth for passionate individuals.

The Spa and Salon at Palms is seeking passionate individuals interested in Independently Contracted (IC) roles to rent up to six (6) full service salon stations. Seeking stylists currently licensed in the state of Nevada, who enjoy providing exceptional service to include their own book of clientele, hotel, and local guests.

• Station rental fee = $300/week 
• Enjoy working in a friendly and safe luxury spa/salon environment, while creating your own schedule as an Independent Contractor (IC).
• Salon operating hours: Daily 9-5pm 
• Stylists will have access to a hair washing station, drying station, reception/waiting area, shared restroom, and BOH break room.

IC REQUIREMENTS

• Adhere to Trilogy Spa Holdings and The Spa at Palms policies.
• Comply with and maintain safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards, properly clean and sanitize products, rooms, tools and equipment, following TRILOGY and State Governing Boards requirements and guidelines.
• Must hold and maintain their own liability insurance to Trilogy’s required limits with TSH/Palms as additional insurers.
• Must supply all of their own operating products, terry, styling tools, and back bar products.
• All treatment supplies and products provided by IC; operator to provide secure/lockable storage on site.
• Must setup and break down designated hair station/salon area with the highest respect of fellow co-workers/spa employee partners by providing daily cleaning and maintaining neat and well-stocked work areas. Property’s night cleaners responsible for deep cleaning.
• Ability to make their own schedule – must be within operation’s business hours. 
• Provides their own clothing/uniform (general guidelines: on trend/business casual). 
• Will pay rental fee directly to TSH. 
• Responsible for all POS/cash and credit card transactions. 
• Accept player comp points for service payment (not gratuity) in player points. Payment will be reconciled from TSH.
• Earn rent credit on retail sales and referral of other booth renters.
• Booth sharing accepted. 

QUALIFICATONS

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have current NV Cosmetology License.
• Preferably have at least 1-3 years technical hair experience, preferably in a hotel/resort.
• Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English
